Placing an order on our website is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only once we accept it — either by confirming via WhatsApp/call/email, or, for paid online orders, once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.
We accept payment via Cash on Delivery (where available), bank transfer, and online payment methods (UPI, cards, net banking) through our authorised payment gateway partner. For custom and bulk orders, an advance payment may be required before production begins, with the balance payable before or upon delivery, as agreed at the time of order.
Delivery timelines communicated at the time of order are estimates and may vary based on product customisation, location and logistics availability. Ownership and risk of loss in the product passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your furniture at the time of delivery and report any visible transit damage to our team immediately.

Our furniture is covered by a limited manufacturing warranty against structural/joinery defects for the period specified on your invoice (typically 1 year unless stated otherwise). This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, exposure to excess moisture/heat, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised repairs.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Vishavkarma Furnitures and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy or use this content commercially without our prior written consent.
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting unauthorised access to our systems, submitting false information, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
